Full Arch Replacement
Full arch replacements take advantage of a full set of dental implants, which is around four to eight, per arch or row of teeth. So, instead of an implant replacing each individual tooth which could be complicated and quite costly, the full arch implant restoration option can support an entire row of teeth. During the restoration process, Dr. Hammond will place titanium implants within the jaw bone. These act as anchors for a full dental bridge of artificial teeth and fuse with the surrounding bone in a process called osseointegration. It provides the same structural support as traditional single implant treatments with fewer incisions and less time spent recovering.
